Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with UAE market opportunities and long-term growth targets
- Drive revenue growth and ensure consistent achievement of annual sales targets
- Build a scalable, data-driven sales function with strong pipeline visibility
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and secure high-value opportunities across corporate, government and semi-government sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, interior designers and project consultants
- Position the business as a solutions partner rather than a product supplier
Commercial & Technical Oversight
- Lead complex negotiations and manage high-value commercial contracts
- Oversee tender submissions, BOQs and proposal development
- Ensure strong pipeline management and forecasting through CRM systems
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, mentor and scale a high-performing sales team
- Drive a shift from transactional selling to consultative, value-driven sales
- Set clear performance targets and foster a results-oriented culture
Market Positioning & Growth
- Represent the company at key industry events and networking platforms
- Identify high-growth sectors such as healthcare, education and technology
- Strengthen the company s presence within the A&D and PMC community
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
- Minimum 10 years experience within the architecture, design, office furniture or interior fit-out industry
- At least 3 years in a leadership role within the UAE/GCC
- Proven track record of delivering AED 20M+ annual revenue targets
- Strong exposure to large-scale commercial and government projects
- Established network across Architects & Interior Designers (A&D), Project Management Consultants (PMCs), and government/semi-government entities
Technical & Commercial Skills
- Strong consultative selling approach (workplace solutions, ergonomics, sustainability)
- Ability to interpret BOQs, tender documentation and architectural drawings
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Understanding of sustainability frameworks (e.g. LEED, WELL, Greenguard)
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex contracts and risk
Leadership & Personal Attributes
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Strategic thinker with a long-term growth mindset
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Resilient and adaptable in a competitive, long sales-cycle environment
- Professional presence with the ability to represent the business externally
