Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Sales Manager to lead our machine tools business in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key accounts, and expanding our presence across key industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to meet annual targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers, OEMs, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities in metalworking, precision engineering, and industrial manufacturing.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy formulation.
  • Work closely with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and coach the local sales team to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of proven experience in machine tools or CNC equipment sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of metal cutting and forming machinery.
  • Good knowledge of products and major global brands such as:
    DMG MORI, Mazak, Okuma, Haas, Doosan, Makino, Hyundai WIA, FANUC, Hurco, Trumpf, Amada, Bystronic, or similar.
  • Excellent sales planning, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic an advantage).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
