Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Coupa Administrator is responsible for managing the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Coupa Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform. This includes implementing approved changes, managing user access and roles, ensuring compliance with governance policies, and supporting business users across all operating companies (OpCos).
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
· Manage the day-to-day delivery of Coupa AMS support including incident triage (L1–L3), change requests, and integration monitoring.
· Lead functional and configuration support across Coupa modules including P2P, invoicing, SIM, CLM (Standard), Sourcing, Inventory, Spend Guard, Services Maestro, Invoice Smash, and Advanced Analytics.
· Drive resolution of critical incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
· Coordinate planned maintenance, patches, release upgrades and regression testing activities.
· Oversee supplier onboarding, catalog and PO/invoice lifecycle support in Coupa.
· Provide advisory support for optimizing procurement workflows, approval chains, and policy compliance.
· Ensure accurate integration and data flow between Coupa and ERP (SAP) systems via Boomi/MuleSoft.
· Support reporting, spend analytics, KPI dashboards, and audit compliance tracking.
· Lead offshore Coupa Lead/Admin and ensure cohesive service delivery across locations.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Strong understanding of Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, CLM).
· Experience with Coupa configuration, user management, and integration protocols (sFTP, REST APIs).
· Familiarity with change management processes and CAB governance.
· Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills.
· Ability to work cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams.
· Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field.
· Coupa platform certification (preferred).
· Experience in large-scale ERP or SaaS implementations.
Minimum 3 years’ experience on the same role.
