Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Based on the different situations in different countries, build and operate an industry-leading couriers welfare insurance protection system tailored to local conditions, let couriers to perceive that they can receive better welfare protection if they delivering on Keeta, thereby enhancing the platform's attractiveness to couriers.

2. Conduct visits and researches with couriers and 3PL partners to identify key welfare needs of couriers, design welfare plans by priority (such as medical check-ups, fuel/water purchase/phone bill/rider meal discount benefits, etc.), insurance protection plans (such as improving accident insurance, commercial insurance, critical illness care, etc.), communicate with internal and external business resources for implementation, and continue operations.

3. Collaborate with frontline teams to promote operational actions that enable couriers to have a better working environment, create a showcase memory anchor point for platform welfare elements, and enhance the visibility and reputation of platform welfare protection among the couriers community.

4. Dig up story cases that reflect the value of platform protection (not limited to offering discount benefits, providing critical illness protection support for couriers, etc.), find PR opportunities, communicate with the PR team to promote dissemination and implementation, and create a positive social impact.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, project design, and operational capabilities.
  • Familiar with Middle Eastern culture and the structure of the couriers community, able to communicate with couriers without barriers (proficient in English while also speaking Arabic or Hindi).
  • Experience in offline site construction, material procurement, or supply chain management, with the ability to control costs and optimize material configuration.
  • Have a sense of teamwork, able to identify PR opportunities in work and collaborate with the PR team to promote communication and implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of work experience in corporate culture/welfare benefits. Prior experience in food delivery, express services, logistics, online car-hailing or other releated fields is preferred.
