Job Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver well-structured, creative, and differentiated lessons for primary-aged students.
• Ensure continuity of learning by maintaining classroom order and engagement
• Deliver lessons as per the existing lesson plans or curriculum guidance
• Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to motivate and challenge students.
• Assess, record, and report on students progress regularly and accurately.
• Differentiate instruction to support students with varying needs, including EAL and SEND learners.
• Use data to inform teaching practices and provide targeted support.
• Foster a positive classroom climate of respect, encouragement, and high expectations.
• Assess students learning on a lesson-by-lesson basis, using assessment data to set targets and track progress.
• Uphold the school s teaching and learning expectations as guided by the School s Policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in relevant subject.
• Postgraduate Certificate in Education or Postgraduate Diploma in Education with QTS.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in EYFS and/or Primary experience teaching in the British Curriculum in a similar role.
