Requirements

• 10 years of experience
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• Plenty of creative ideas and an understanding of tour brands
• A strong vision with big ideas for simplifying problems
• An understanding of each platform s user experience
• Experience with large projects and leadership
• Excellent knowledge of design, copy, and web best practice guidelines
• Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Team mentality it s we, not me
• Fun attitude and a sense of humour
• A solid portfolio
• Must be available immediately and living in the UAE

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, social media experts and video editors
• Prioritize work and resources based on short and long-term needs, ensuring deadlines are strictly adhered to
