Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage, prioritize, and assign all incoming creative and marketing production requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, video) and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Track production progress, maintain project timelines, and share regular updates with key stakeholders.
  • Support creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for social media content, reels, and short humorous videos.
  • Write scripts and creative copy for short-form videos and ensure content aligns with brand tone and messaging.
  • Maintain and improve creative workflow systems to ensure operational efficiency and project consistency.
  • Review and guide the creative direction of ongoing projects to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to develop and execute personal branding strategies across social media and marketing channels.
  • Identify performance gaps or bottlenecks in production processes and recommend improvements.
  • Support leadership in ensuring measurable outcomes, campaign results, and creative quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in creative marketing, content production, or brand management. Strong experience in content creation, short-form storytelling, and scriptwriting for digital platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Solid understanding of design principles, copywriting, and digital marketing trends. Strong storytelling ability with a creative sense of humor suitable for engaging personal branding content. Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills. Strong portfolio showcasing strategic and creative thinking across multiple formats and platforms.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, Film, or a related field. Proven experience leading or coordinating creative teams and content campaigns across various media. Experience in developing and executing social media strategies and personal branding initiatives preferred. A passion for digital trends, humor-driven storytelling, and creative innovation.
