Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary creative liaison between the Sales team and clients, ensuring all campaign strategies and deliverables align with client objectives and drive sales success.
Work dedicatedly with the Sales team to conceptualize, develop, and execute creative campaign strategies that support revenue goals and strengthen client relationships.
Assist the Sales team in crafting compelling campaign proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate creative concepts and business value.
Develop a deep understanding of each client s business, industry, and target audience to proactively recommend strategic and creative solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams(creative, production, marketing, and post-production) to develop innovative ideas, visuals, and strategies that elevate campaign quality.
Create and pitch creative concepts for social media campaigns, digital content, and video projects (including commercials and branded storytelling).
Ensure each concept is aligned with the client s brand identity, marketing objectives, and sales goals.
Lead the creative development process from concept creation to scriptwriting, location selection, casting, and wardrobe ensuring all logistics are clearly defined and executed efficiently.
Regularly present creative concepts and campaign updates to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance deliverables.
Work alongside the marketing team to develop social media calendars, campaign timelines, and content strategies that support broader marketing initiatives.
Ensure that all creative deliverables maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness, meeting both client and internal expectations.
Provide final creative approval on campaign assets before client delivery, ensuring all work reflects brand identity and strategic intent.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Strong skills in leading creative teams and managing multiple projects.
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to pitch and present creative work.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor s degree in relevant field, e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in relevant tools/software, e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.
A Visual Proven experience in creative direction, especially in commercials, CGI
