Roles & Responsibilities
We re looking for a highly creative UI/UX Designer who doesn t just design screens but crafts experiences that inspire, engage, and convert.
This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and interaction. If your work feels closer to digital art direction than just UI assembly you ll fit right in.
- Design visually striking, highly interactive interfaces for web and mobile
- Create immersive layouts using motion, depth, and storytelling
- Push boundaries with micro-interactions, transitions, and animations
- Translate brand narratives into memorable digital experiences
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect, high-performance execution
- Contribute to concept pitches and creative directions for new projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, unconventional UI/UX work
- Proven experience in interactive design, motion, or experimental layouts
- Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and composition
- Ability to think beyond templates and challenge standard UX patterns (when needed)
- Experience working with tools like Figma, After Effects, ProtoPie, Framer, or Webflow
- Understanding of how design translates into development (HTML/CSS/JS basics is a plus)
Bonus Points For
- Have worked on WebGL, 3D, or immersive web experiences
- Experiment with AI tools for design exploration
- Can prototype complex interactions, not just static screens
- Bring a strong sense of art direction and storytelling
