Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review customer accounts regularly to ensure timely collections and follow up on overdue balances

• Prepare, record and issue invoices, payments, statements of account, and aging reports

• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate accounts receivable records

• Prepare weekly and monthly AR aging reports for management review

• Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams on credit issues

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• 3–6 years of experience in credit control and accounts receivable

• Strong knowledge of AR processes, aging analysis, and collections cycle

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Dynamics, etc.)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with high attention to details
