Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage credit-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the development and implementation of new credit products and services, conducting thorough market analysis and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit risk, legal, and technology, to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Holds a minimum of 7 years of experience in banking, with a focus on credit risk management or project management.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of credit products, lending processes, and banking regulations (e.g., Basel III, Dodd-Frank).
- Exhibits proven project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and risk management.
