Roles & Responsibilities

Project Manager Wholesale Banking (Revenue Generation)

5+ years banking and transformation experience, with strong Wholesale / Corporate Banking exposure.

Proven delivery of front‑office or revenue‑impacting initiatives.

Strong project leadership combined with hands‑on BA experience.

Commercial mindset, sound judgment, and strong ownership mentality.

Program & Project Management Skills:

  1. Program / Project manage end‑to‑end delivery of multiple revenue‑related initiatives across Wholesale Banking.

  2. Translate strategic objectives into delivery roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.

  3. Actively manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery trade‑offs.

4 Drive execution in ambiguous environments and keep momentum without waiting for direction.

  1. Ensure benefits realization is tracked and delivered, not assumed.

Business Analyst Skills:

  1. Ability to conduct business analysis to define business and functional requirements.

  2. Ability to document BRDs, user stories, and process flows (current state, interim, and target state operating models) alinging to revenue outcomes.

  3. Analyze front‑office workflows to identify gaps impacting productivity or client conversion.

  4. Work closely with all key stakeholders including Technology and Operations to ensure solutions are feasible and effective.

  5. Ensure business cases & benefits realization are created, tracked, and delivered, not assumed.

Business & Domain Exposure:

  1. Engage directly with key stakeholders including but not limited to Wholesale Front Office to understand revenue drivers and constraints.

  2. Proven experience delivering enablement or operational transformation

  3. Support decision‑making with data, logic, and commercial context.

Project manage the delivery of revenue‑focused transformation programs and projects within Wholesale Banking, translating commercial strategy into structured, executable initiatives with measurable business outcomes across the following projects (MNC, Trade Flows, Qatar Domestic, FDI Lending)

The role combines strong project leadership, hands‑on business analysis, and commercial understanding to improve front‑office performance and revenue realization.
