Credit Risk Assistant Manager Client of Aventus Global Talent

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and structure credit proposals for private banking, HNW, and corporate clients, ensuring alignment with the bank s strategy, sector analysis, and risk appetite
• Approve or recommend credit facilities within delegated authority, including those secured by real estate or shares, and escalate larger exposures to higher management in line with policy and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and manage private banking and corporate credit portfolios, identify early warning signals, recommend downgrades or corrective actions, and address overdue or irregular accounts
• Engage with private banking and corporate clients through meetings and site visits, and coordinate with business managers, auditors, and regulators on credit-related matters
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, audit recommendations, and Central Bank regulations while supporting special projects and risk initiatives

Key Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related field; Master s or professional certification (CFA/CA/CPA) desirable.
• Minimum 3 5 years experience in banking with strong exposure to corporate or credit portfolio management.
• Strong credit analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and banking policies.
• Effective communicator with analytical and decision-making capabilities.
