Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Do

  • Support day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry from store teams.
  • Maintain and update customer profiles to enhance personalization and client understanding.
  • Assist in tracking client interactions, sales performance, and loyalty metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure all CRM data complies with company privacy standards and policies.Clienteling & Campaign Support
  • Coordinate CRM campaigns and communication initiatives to drive client engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with retail teams to ensure proper execution of CRM actions and follow-ups.
  • Help segment client lists for targeted messaging and assist with campaign performance analysis.
  • Prepare client reports and dashboards to support store and management teams with actionable insights.Customer Experience & Retail Support
  • Assist in developing strategies that improve the overall in-store client journey.
  • Support clienteling tools and training for retail teams to enhance customer connection and service quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing and retail teams during events, promotions, and client engagement activities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM platforms or clienteling systems is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, with a customer-first mindset and passion for luxury fashion.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
