Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supporting execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels
- Managing campaign schedules, tracking, and reporting
- Working with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and timing
- Maintaining customer data and segmentation within CRM systems
- Supporting campaign performance analysis and reporting
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
3 5 years' experience in CRM, marketing operations, or campaign coordination
- Experience within automotive, retail, or customer-focused environments preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and campaign tools
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-focused environments
