  1. Professionalism and Efficiency: Candidate must demonstrate accuracy, promptness, and professionalism in all tasks.

Basic Qualifications:

· 3-5 Years of experience

· Track record at a reputable customer service/ CRM and preference for customer services sector.

· Exceptional in customer services and admin work with VIP

· Outstanding communication skills in English

· Outstanding in using computer and Microsoft office software together with the AI tools

· Highly responsive, hardworking proactive, creative and accountable

· Seeking stable job and willing to add value to the work

· Super hardworking and reliable

· College graduate and Abu Dhabi oriented (not less than 2-3 years)

· Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields (Preferably Engineering, Commerce, Communication). Master’s degree will be highly considered.
