Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CRM (Salesforce) ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability
- Consolidate procurement feeds and external tender portals into actionable pipeline opportunities
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly pipeline reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Support business development teams with opportunity tracking and reporting
- Drive CRM adoption across users, providing training and guidance where required
- Ensure consistency in pipeline reporting across regions and business units
- Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and enhance CRM functionality
Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with ability to manage large data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a matrixed environment
- Ability to plan, organize, and deliver under pressure
- Technical fluency with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Proficient in standard business software for document creation, collaboration, and project tracking.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce
- Familiarity with procurement portals and opportunity tracking tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Power BI reporting skills
