Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain CRM (Salesforce) ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability
  • Consolidate procurement feeds and external tender portals into actionable pipeline opportunities
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly pipeline reports and dashboards for leadership review
  • Support business development teams with opportunity tracking and reporting
  • Drive CRM adoption across users, providing training and guidance where required
  • Ensure consistency in pipeline reporting across regions and business units
  • Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and enhance CRM functionality

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with ability to manage large data sets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to plan, organize, and deliver under pressure
  • Technical fluency with CRM systems and reporting tools
