Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

ead handling & calling

  • Cold call targeted lists and qualify leads (hospital groups, corporates, insurers, government, distributors).

  • Follow up all inbound enquiries within defined SLAs (e.g., same day for new leads).

  • Maintain a structured cadence (call + WhatsApp + email) until a clear outcome is achieved.

CRM administration

  • Own CRM hygiene: data entry, tagging, deal stages, next steps, reminders, contact roles.

  • Prepare daily/weekly pipeline reports for management and the Sales Engineer.

  • Maintain templates: follow-up messages, meeting confirmations, demo checklists.

Coordination (virtual + physical)

  • Schedule demos and stakeholder meetings; manage calendars; confirm attendance.

  • Coordinate site visit logistics (timing, access, parking, visitor registration, meeting rooms).

  • Prepare and send agenda packs (basic briefing note, meeting objective, attendee list).

Urgent inbound customer handling

  • Answer urgent calls/WhatsApp from customers, triage issues, and coordinate with technician/sales engineer for response.

  • Log tickets/issues and ensure closure updates are communicated.

Basic office management (solo back office)

  • Keep the office operational during field days: deliveries, inventory receiving, documents, printing, visitor handling.

  • Maintain basic procurement/stock records for brochures, demo collateral, SIMs/routers, stationery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Fluent English + Arabic (spoken/written)

  • 2–5 years in inside sales / telesales / sales coordination / CRM support

  • Strong phone presence, objection handling, and follow-up discipline

  • Comfortable working independently (often alone in office)

  • Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; CRM experience (any) is a plus

Nice to have

  • Healthcare/health-tech exposure (HIS/HMIS, clinics/hospitals)

  • Experience coordinating senior stakeholder meetings
