Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and share regular updates about the company s news through communication channels.
  • Promoting Company Culture among employees.
  • Design and distribute surveys to measure: Employee satisfaction, Effectiveness of internal communication
  • Communicate core values and guiding principles.
  • Create and give presentations.
  • Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Human Resource Management or Business
  • Experience in Human Resources management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Sales, Customer Services, etc.)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills
  • Excellent math and computational ability
  • Effective communication skills
