Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all customs documentation for import and export shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and government authorities, facilitating smooth communication and swift resolution of any issues.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely clearance to minimize delays and additional costs for clients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customs duties and tariffs to provide clients with accurate cost estimates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred for a solid foundation in industry principles.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in customs clearance or freight forwarding to demonstrate practical knowledge.
- Certification in customs brokerage or related field to validate expertise and enhance professional credibility.
- Experience working with international shipping and trade compliance to navigate complex customs regulations effectively.
