Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for collating all the information needed to complete the clearance, ensuring all information added is correct and accurate, following release and exemption procedures.

Prepare and follow up custom duty documentation requirements, such as permissions and exemptions.

Prepare documents and all required requirements for ministry of interior/industry.

Follow up with customs of the refunds of duties.

Follow up all documents in relation to customs clearance.

Communicate with concerned departments regarding the shipment.

Prepare declaration form, invoices and other documents and prepare an import file.

Review the invoice, seal and indicate the import file number.

Complete the documentation of shipment release from both airport and port.

Prepare the import cost table and difference report for approved suppliers

Fulfill any additional tasks as per job needs

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor Degree from any discipline

0 - 3 years of experience

Good in English language

Self-motivated, decision maker, & accurate.

Very good communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Must have knowledge and working experience with customs & shipping Administration.

Experience in preparing exemptions and permissions for import & export
