Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product/service offerings to guide customers and enhance their experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to ensure accurate records and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
