Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Looking for Customer care executive who has capacity to effectively manage support tickets, customer communication, and overall service experience for the clients.  

The objective of this role will be to:  

  1. -Act as the primary point of contact for Francophone customers

  2. -Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely and professional manner

  3. -Ensure clear communication and structured follow-ups with clients

  4. -Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and forecasts

  5. -Own and grow relationships with key accounts

  6. -Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams

  7. -Support customer satisfaction and retention across Francophone markets

  8. -Engage with clients in the payments, fintech, and oil marketing sectors

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales customer service and customer support

  • Proven experience selling software or technology solutions

  • Strong client relationship skills

  • Fluency in English ,French and Arabic (written and verbal)

  • Advanced MS Office proficiency

  • Experience using CRM and sales tools

  • Willingness to travel frequently
