Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.

Manage and supervise the customer care team.

Handle escalated complaints and ensure prompt resolution.

Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement strategies.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience.

Support sales initiatives through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Analyze customer satisfaction metrics and prepare performance reports.

Train team members on communication, service excellence, and sales techniques.

Ensure consistent brand image and service standards across all channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

Minimum 7 10 years of experience in customer service management.

Proven experience in sales support and client relationship management.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts professionally.

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.

Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
