Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable Customer Communication Specialist with a sales oriented mindset to join our remote operations team. In this role, you will handle written customer communication on digital platforms by following predefined guidelines and internal processes. The position is fully remote and integrated into a structured operational environment with clear expectations and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle written communication with customers through online systems with a conversion-focused approach

  • Identify opportunities to guide conversations toward sales or upsells where appropriate

  • Respond to incoming messages in a timely, professional, and consistent manner

  • Follow predefined communication guidelines, sales frameworks, and internal workflows

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality standards

  • Work independently while adhering to assigned schedules and processes

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Very good written English skills

  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and sales awareness

  • Ability to follow structured guidelines while adapting tone to customer intent

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Stable internet connection and basic technical skills

  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or digital services is an advantage but not required
