Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide responsive, high-quality support via email, phone, and live chat, ensuring every user interaction reflects our brand values.
Walk new users through account creation, onboarding, and platform features.
Troubleshoot user issues by collaborating with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
Deliver accurate information about platform functionality, pricing, and ITO-related activity.
Identify common customer pain points and help refine support processes or FAQs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Have 1 3 years of experience in customer support or technical onboarding, ideally in a SaaS, fintech, or crypto environment.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural, friendly tone.
Are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Have basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, tokens, or Web3 platforms (we ll train you if you re eager to learn!).
