Roles & Responsibilities


Job Description
: Customer Return Flow Management:
- Update service notices, create and launch service orders.
- Coordinate with production managers to schedule service orders.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of replacement parts.
- Prepare quotes and communicate them to sales administration.
- Ensure the availability of replacement parts in the workshop from the warehouse.
- Process subcontracting phases within the service order.
- Reschedule service orders with the workshop.
- Analyze consumption variances (parts and hours spent) and close service orders.
- Enter the repair cost into the orders.
- Lead daily 0H processing meetings with the product team.
- Lead 0H progress meetings with the program and sales administration entities.
- Manage customer priorities and emergencies in coordination with the product and services team concerned (HAP/CF/Shipping).
- Update customer return flow reports.
Job Requirements
Engineer or Master in supply chain/Industrial training.
A first experience is desirable.
