Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and solution-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer s issue, determining the cause, and offering solutions
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and system updates
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Maximum 30 years old
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven and detail oriented .
- Flexibility in working hours is needed.
- Previous experience in #chat #call-center #customer-service is a plus.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or releva
