Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide attentive and accurate information about product features and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and professional manner.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Process orders, returns, and record data accurately into the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved effectively.
- Update customer accounts with the latest information and document changes.
- Assist in training and onboarding new customer service representatives.
- Stay updated on product changes to provide relevant information to customers.
- Conduct regular surveys to gauge customer satisfaction and anticipate needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or related support role.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and tact.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to think analytically.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, and other customer management tools.
- A high school diploma is required; additional education is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as required by role.
