Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls and customer messages (WhatsApp & social media
- Answer customer inquiries clearly and professionally
- Assist customers with orders, payments, and product selection
- Follow up on abandoned checkouts and delayed orders
- Update customers regarding delivery issues
- Coordinate with courier partners when needed
- Good communication skill
- Customer-oriented mindset
- V- Good in English is a must
- Previous call center or customer service experience 1-3 Years
