Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be the voice of our UK-based company, speaking directly with customers, handling enquiries, resolving complaints, and building lasting relationships.
This role requires excellent English and strong communication skills you will be in daily contact with UK customers and working closely with our UK headquarters.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service, administration, or marketing support role.
- Strong background in speaking directly with customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Experience with negotiations and objection handling
- Ability to build genuine rapport and long-term customer relationships
- Confident handling complaints and resolving issues professionally
- Experience using CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills clear, professional, and personable
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential you will communicate directly with UK customers and our UK team daily
