Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and process customer orders accurately across all SKUs and brand categories. - Ensure smooth order fulfilment by coordinating with internal teams and supporting logistics. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing order‑related queries and issues promptly. - Support the Manager – Customer Experience in delivering excellent service standards. - Minimize stock returns by ensuring correct picking and order accuracy. - Build strong working relationships with internal and external customers to enhance service levels.
