Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat

  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

  • Process orders, requests, returns, and cancellations

  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution

  • Develop and deliver structured training and leading a team of customer service agents efficiently.

  • Meet service KPIs and quality standards

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

  • Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements

  • Adhere to company policies and UAE regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred but not essential

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience

  • Must be proficient in English (spoken and written)

  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills

  • Ability to handle complaints professionally

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

  • Able to work under pressure and meet KPIs

  • Team player with good time-management skills
