Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates with dependent or own visa valid for more than 6 months will only be considered.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience and prompt issue resolution.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, utilizing CRM systems and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales, logistics, and technical support, to facilitate seamless customer service operations.
- Proactively follow up with customers on order status, delivery updates, and any outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate channels for timely resolution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives to improve overall service quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrates minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the Dubai market.
- Exhibits fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
- Showcases excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Displays strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrates proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exhibits a customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
