Roles & Responsibilities

Candidates with dependent or own visa valid for more than 6 months will only be considered.



  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience and prompt issue resolution.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, utilizing CRM systems and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales, logistics, and technical support, to facilitate seamless customer service operations.
  • Proactively follow up with customers on order status, delivery updates, and any outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues in the CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate channels for timely resolution.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives to improve overall service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrates minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the Dubai market.
  • Exhibits fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Showcases excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Displays strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Exhibits a customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
