Position Overview
The Customer Service Coordinator will ensure smooth operations of the Customer Service Information Desk at one of Majid Al Futtaim s malls. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service, assisting customers with queries, supporting mall promotional activities, and handling customer complaints with professionalism to enhance the overall shopping experience.

What You ll Do
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mall amenities, facilities, store locations, layouts, and promotional events.
* Manage daily operations of the Customer Service Desk in line with established procedures and standards.
* Provide clear directions and accurate information to customers in person or over the phone.
* Resolve customer complaints courteously and efficiently, following service-level agreements.
* Execute the Gift Card program, ensuring compliance with payment handling policies and accuracy in transactions.
* Assist in delivering and promoting mall events and activities to drive engagement.
* Maintain service records and support reporting for continuous improvement.
* Provide a professional and welcoming presence that enhances the mall s customer experience reputation.
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
* At least 2 years of experience in customer service within shopping malls, luxury hotels, or related industries in GCC or abroad.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
* Ability to handle complaints and issues effectively under pressure.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures and ensure compliance.
* Professional appearance with a strong customer-focused mindset.
