Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities/Job Scope Manage All inbound calls, Chats and Emails from customers in a manner that matches effort to customer requirements and value to all the clients. Maintain high Satisfaction Level as per organization standard.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills Required
1. Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails, chat and faxes as a receiver and caller.
2. Use effective telephone communication.
3. Very well self-organizer
4. Use the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone.
5. Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone.
6. Handles customer’s complaints toward solving them.
Qualifications:
Educational Attainment - Any Graduation , with more than 3 years of customer service experience.
With Insurance / Banking / Financial industry is preferable
Should be an Arab speaker & fluent in English
