Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for Telecallers with Digital Marketing support skills who can handle voice calls, non-voice follow-ups, and basic administrative work. The role involves lead handling, customer interaction, data management, and supporting marketing activities.

Voice Process

  • Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing channels

  • Explain services clearly and professionally to prospective customers

  • Handle inbound calls and answer customer queries

  • Follow up with interested leads and schedule appointments

Non-Voice Process

  • WhatsApp, email, and social media follow-ups

  • Update lead status and customer details in CRM / Excel

  • Coordinate with marketing and counseling teams

Admin Work

  • Maintain daily call reports and lead trackers

  • Data entry and documentation support

  • Assist with basic office and coordination tasks

  • Support digital marketing campaigns as required

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any graduate / undergraduate

  • Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)

  • Ability to handle both voice and non-voice tasks

  • Organized, punctual, and responsible

  • Willingness to learn digital marketing processes

  • Experience in telecalling / customer support

  • Exposure to digital marketing leads (Facebook, Google, Instagram)

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools
