Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, ensuring excellent service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships while representing the values of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about banking products, services, and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service operations.
  • Promote a positive customer experience by adhering to company service standards.
  • Support the branch in achieving customer satisfaction and service excellence goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are considering candidates with Family Book (Only)& should have bachelor’s degree

Working hours:- 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (with one hour break)

Working Days:- Monday to Friday

Age:- up to 40 years only

MUST have family book
