Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.
- Monitor clients transactions.
- Assist customers with technical issues and problem resolution.
- Coordinate with the various department to prepare reports periodically.
- Brainstorm with the team and generate creative ideas to add value to customer experience.
- Adhere to all applicable company policies, procedures, business ethics codes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- At least 2 years experience in banking/financial industry
- Polished communication skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred
- High degree of professionalism, with a confident, assertive style.
- Highly motivated with an exceptionally strong desire and drive to succeed.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
