Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat
Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Process orders, requests, returns, and cancellations
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution
Meet service KPIs and quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements
Adhere to company policies and UAE regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred but not essential
1–3 years of customer service experience
Must be proficient in English (spoken and written)
Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Ability to handle complaints professionally
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Able to work under pressure and meet KPIs
Team player with good time-management skills
