Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage front desk and receptionist duties efficiently.
Assist patients with appointment scheduling and registration processes.
Provide accurate information regarding hospital services and patient procedures.
Maintain organized patient records and administrative documentation.
Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient communication.
Deliver high standards of customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Support daily operational activities related to reception and call center functions.

Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is mandatory.
