Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with potential clients to introduce our forex trading (Gold vs USD) services. • Provide customer support by explaining offers and answering client questions. • Maintain and update the client database professionally. • Assist the marketing team in social media promotions and WhatsApp campaigns. • Build trust with customers by emphasizing that we are a physical jewellery shop and trading hub.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu (Arabic is a plus). • Basic understanding of forex trading, especially Gold vs USD on MT5. • Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred. • Confident in convincing clients and handling objections. • Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and social media. • Professional, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
