Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:*
✔️ Minimum *4 years of Customer Service experience*
✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Must know *all roads, areas, and locations in Doha* very well
✔️ Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and bookings professionally
✔️ Strong organizational and scheduling skills
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
✔️ Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and email communication)

Handle customer calls, messages, and inquiries
Schedule and coordinate daily bookings
Assist customers professionally and resolve issues quickly
Communicate effectively with staff and management
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction at all times
