Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, approach, and secure new business clients looking for premium media production and marketing services.

  • Pitch tailored marketing strategies, video concepts, and social media retainers to corporate decision-makers.

  • Conduct professional presentations and B2B meetings to understand clients' visual and branding needs.

  • Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and manage client accounts to ensure long-term retention and upselling.

  • Collaborate closely with our internal creative teams (video editors, graphic designers) to ensure client expectations are met.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and the evolving digital landscape in Dubai to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, proposals, and commercial presentations for prospective clients.


Requirements & Skills

  • 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience, specifically within advertising agencies, media production, or digital marketing sectors.

  • Deep understanding of marketing services, video production workflows, social media campaigns, and digital branding.

  • Proven track record of hitting B2B sales targets and successfully managing corporate client accounts.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a highly professional demeanor.

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage pipelines independently, and thrive in a fast-paced media environment.

  • Strong assets include fluency in both Arabic and English, deep knowledge of the Dubai business and real estate ecosystem, and high proficiency in using modern CRM tools and professional sales platforms to track and optimize client interactions.
