NOK Human Capital is hiring Fluent English Customer services representatives for a very well-known BPO company,

Our agents will be responsible for answering incoming communications from customers, consulting on products with compassion, or finding resolutions for their issues with a smile. You'll be the difference between a customer experience that is just average and one that is exceptional. Additionally, you will conduct research to provide accurate answers and resolve customer issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Six months or more of customer services experience.
• Graduates only
• the ability to recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge.
• C1 English Level.
• Egyptians only.
