Roles & Responsibilities

Sutherland Cairo is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our team in New Cairo. We offer a professional, people-first environment that supports growth, stability, and long-term career development.

Available Positions:

  • Customer Service (No Rush Account | Educational Platform):
  • Up to 15,500 EGP net (Including 15% KPIs granted)
  • Note: Last shift for this specific account ends at 3:00 AM
  • Customer Service (TV Streaming Account): Up to 21,500 EGP net (Including 15% KPIs)
  • Customer Service - Sales (TV Streaming Account):
  • 21,500 EGP net during training (Including 15% KPIs)
  • Up to 28,500 EGP net after certification (Including 15% KPIs) + sales incentives
  • Sales (Retention B2B): Up to 23,500 EGP (Including 15% KPIs) + incentives
  • Technical Support (Telecom Account): Up to 20,800 EGP (Including 15% KPIs)
  • Technical Support (Telecom Account): Up to 17,500 EGP (Including 15% KPIs) + incentives

Location: New Cairo

Full-Time | On-Site

English Level: B2 or above
