Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Giving complete information to all walk in customers & telephonic inquiries regarding our procedures & services

Providing friendly consultation to assist customers to select training programs as per their eligible needs

Checking and verifying the required Documents.

Enter the details in company software for computerized registrations

Handling special requests proposed by customers

Navigate the customers to other departments ensuring a hassle free service

Promote occupational health and safety within the organization

Desired Candidate Profile

3-4 years of customer service experience in UAE

English , Malayalam & Urdu languages & Arabic is a plus

UAE driving license required
