Job Description:

Kilonewtons is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product/service information, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (retail, call center, or hospitality preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred).
  • Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
