Mission

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a high level of service and operational excellence. You will manage daily customer interactions, coordinate with internal teams, and support the end-to-end order and delivery process. Your role will be key in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement across service operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for Customers (via mail and phone)
  • Order entry, managing and monitoring all orders for customers
  • Providing high level of customer service, with daily follow ups and clear communication with customers
  • Communication and coordination between sales reps, customers, supply and factory, pricing
  • Taking responsibility for invoice processing, amending invoices, issuing credit and debit notes, handling non-technical complains
  • Taking responsibility for sending the goods, handling the relationship with the customers, freight forwarders, and PPG s other legal entities.
  • Monitor delivery process, coordinate deliveries with warehouse and transport company
  • Monitor stock situation- cooperation with supply and factory

Our Requirements

  • Turkish native speaker is a must and Fluent English
  • Other language would be an asset
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of SAP system would be an asset
  • Previous customer service and/or Supply Chain experience will be considered an asset
  • Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in international environment across cultures
  • Quick learner with competence to resolve queries
