We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives (English)

As a Customer Service Representative (English), You Will:

  • Answer calls in English based on the needs of the customer
  • Provide personalized customer service at the highest level.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched and proper information is given to customers.
  • Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
  • Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the account as per business requirements

  • The ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled.
  • Ability to work changing shifts, including evenings and weekends.
